KISS has opened an opinion box to ask for players' feedback. This is a summary to their reply.
Q1: Does COM3D2 support Ray Tracing?
A: We apologize, but we don't support nor plan to implement it.
Q2: The latest Personality Pack EX has some wrong audio files being play during Cunnilingus, when the maid has 100 Excitement
A: Thank you for your feedback. But we have not yet been able to replicate the error, so if you could send us more detail, we would be much appreciated.
Q3: The latest Personality Pack EX has some wrong audio files being play at the second excitement level during Yotogi.
A: Thank you for your feedback. We have already distributed a patch to fix this problem.
Q4: About Personality Pack EX:
- I think Masochist is an interesting personality, but right now, she seems like just a simplified version of normal Personality Pack with restrictions. Maybe you could add Communication during Work and Training as a DLC because right now, I hardly feel any attachment to her
About YCS:
- I don't like how most of the YCS Lines are the same for both front and back version. There's no meaning behind them. You should add more variety in FB Pack (though I don't think that would be enough).
A: Thank you for your feedback. About the Personality Pack EX, we apologize for the current concept of them not matching what you have in mind, but we don't have any plans to introduce anything more to them. We'll take these suggestions for future DLCs. About the YCS, we will consider them. If you have any suggestions about what lines or how diverse they should be, you can send them us.
Q5: I want:
- Misonoo Mei Pack where Innocent and Rindere plays an active role (like Story, Dance, ...)
- VR Enhancement (because Oculus Quest 2 has just been launched)
- Less DLCs release, higher price and higher quality.
A: Thank you for your feedback. We deeply apologize for any inconveniences we have caused. We've already reviewed the production flow to improve the DLC quality. Q6: I want VTuber capability (whether through the current application or a new one), like Custom Cast where you only need a camera to work.
A: Thank you for your feedback. We have received your opinion and will report on the progress as soon as possible.
Q7: Please post progress of your new work. Customers want to know their current status, even if they're being delayed or cancelled.
A: Thank you for your feedback. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience we have caused, but it takes a lot of time to create a new work. The countdown page for [COM3D2 + GP-03] is active, and we're also hard at work with CRC3D. We'll have subsequent write-up soon, so please wait until then.
Q8: I want:
- DLC for boyish hairstyles (Tweeze-type and short bangs)
- Ability to flip hair divisions lines
- Resales of Dances and Costumes from past DLCs. This is the thing I particularly want.
A: Thank you for your suggestions. About boyish hairstyles, we will consider it and report back later. About hair flipping, we'll consider whether it's possible to implement it and report back later. And finally, about DLC resale, it will depend on each case. We don't know whether we can do it for everything, but we'll check each one. Please wait for subsequent sale report/announcement.
Q9: I want something like a management mode where I can skip through the story.
A: Thank you for your suggestion. Some of our customers enjoy the story, so we don't have any plan to introduce a function to skip them. We'll consider your opinion as a reference for the future.
Q10: I want:
- Better model. Right now, whenever I bend a joint in Studio Mode, the model gets distorted.
- A mode where the joints have a range of motion that matches real life
A: Thank you for your suggestions. About the model, we've considered it, but right now, we have no answer for it yet. We're very sorry. About the joints mode, we've examined it once, but the result didn't meet our expectations. We'll conduct a survey in the future, but due to development reason, we'll not be able to provide you with an answer soon. We're very sorry as well.
Q11: I want the ability to unlock everything on a Personality, at least after when one of the maid of such Personality has everything unlocked.
A: Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider it and will report on the progress as soon as possible.
Q12: I want:
- Higher quality DLC. The Collaboration Vol.42 was very good.
- Being able to include the .tex before adding the chest shadow
- Bring the dances back to their old quality
A: Thank you for your feedback. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience we have caused. We'll try to improve our quality in the future. About the .tex situation, we'll report back on it later. About the dances, there are many parts of it involved (music, choreography, camera, ...). We're wondering which parts you're concerned about. If you could tell us, we'd be very delighted.
Q13: I want to be able to adjust CM3D2 hair length.
A: Thank you for your suggestion. Right now, it's very difficult to implement it to all hairstyles due to current situation, but we'll try to consider it for some hairstyle when we have the chance to re-release them in the future.
Q14: I want:
- Edit Mode for male. With the Master being just a translucent humanoid, I find it hard to feel emotions
- Separate DLCs sales, like Backgrounds and Costumes
A: Thank you for your suggestions. About male edit mode, we have some projects going on right now, so it will be hard for us to work on it. We're very sorry. About separate DLCs parts, many have also voiced their opinion as well, and we'll consider it in the future.
